WHAT TO EXPECT IN SESSIONS

A Sacred Space where you can Fully Exhale

Most people I work with come to me feeling confused, off balance, and unsure of what to do to make it stop, and make the right choices. Many of them are women, expected to be the strong one, the caretaker and the anchor for others. You hold a lot inside for others, and need a place where you don’t have to manage anyone else’s feelings-

This space is different.

Here, you don’t have to smile and pretend everything is “okay.” You don’t have to explain or defend yourself. You don’t have to minimize what you feel to make others feel better or to keep plans on track. You don’t even have to share your story if you don’t want to.

This kind of therapy work reaches beyond the narrative- it works through the the language of your body. The language of feelings and dreams, with someone who can see the messages you aren’t speaking out loud.

Sessions are calming, centering and grounding and will compassionately reunite you with your true self.

You will find clarity instead of replaying the same problems. Many clients report feeling lighter, less afraid, and less alone.

This is a space for people who know deep down something feels wrong but are unsure how to make it right. It is for people who feel deeply, and are ready to receive help navigating their inner landscape so they can improve their relationships and live the life they want to live.

EMBODIMENT THERAPY PRACTITIONER • RELATIONSHIP COACH

Meet Alicia Le Van

Serving clients in Eliot, Maine and Portsmouth, New Hampshire (in-person and remote)

For 27 years I have professionally supported and educated people who feel anxious, lost, lonely. People who feel deeply, care much, and often bury their feelings to make others happy.

My work combines integrative therapies, mind body awareness, empowerment and relationship coaching, and trauma-informed support to help you navigate life as your best self.

I graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Art Therapy, hold licensure in multiple states as a Somatic Therapist, with additional training in natural Holistic Healing Practices and Depth Psychology. I’ve supported hundreds of clients through overwhelm, grief, trauma, stress, burnout, difficult relationships, and major life transitions.

My approach is relational and deeply respectful. We take time to slow down and calm the mind so we can create safety in the body, build awareness and self regulation. We ground, center, and protect so you can process and clear away toxic emotions.

My clients frequently report feeling lighter and a more positive outlook.

With every session you will find new clarity and insight. Over time, a deep acceptance and core trust in yourself will emerge. You will feel empowered by asserting boundaries effectively and a lifestyle of self care.

And as you change, your life changes, and you will be amazed at how others respond.

This is not a quick fix, it is a process.

I offer in-person sessions in Eliot, Maine and Portsmouth, New Hampshire, along with remote meetings for those who need online support.

If you value empathy, sensitivity, and your mind-body connection, you will feel at home here.

You will discover what belongs to you and let go of what does not. In the process, you will find your personal power, and a new freedom as this weight is lifted off your shoulders. LEARN MORE ABOUT HOW IT WORKS
