WHAT TO EXPECT IN SESSIONS

A Sacred Space where you can Fully Exhale

Most people I work with feel conflicted, off balance, but are expected to be the strong one. The caretaker and the emotional anchor. You hold a lot for others, and need a place where you don’t have to manage anyone else’s feelings.

This space is different.

Here, you don’t have to pretend everything is “okay.” You don’t have to explain or defend yourself. You don’t have to minimize what you feel to keep things on track. You don’t even have to share your story if you don’t want to, because this kind of work reaches beyond the narrative- it is the language your heart speaks through your body.

Sessions are calming, nurturing and grounding and will reunite you with your true self.

You will find clarity instead of replaying the same problems. Many clients report feeling lighter, less afraid, and less alone.

This is a space for people who know in their heart something feels wrong but are unsure how to move forward. They feel conflicted, confused, overburdened or hurt. It is for people who feel deeply, carry much, and are ready to receive help navigating their inner landscape, so they can improve their relationships and live the life they want to live.

Available in person in York, Maine and Portsmouth, New Hampshire, with remote sessions if needed.

EMBODIMENT THERAPY PRACTITIONER • RELATIONSHIP COACH

Meet Alicia Le Van

Serving clients in York, Maine and Portsmouth, New Hampshire (in-person and remote)

For 27 years I have professionally supported and educated people who feel anxious, lost and lonely. People who feel deeply, care deeply, and often carry more than they are allowed to show.

My work combines integrative therapy principals, psyco-somatic awareness, relationship coaching, nervous-system education, and trauma-informed support to help you manage life’s challenges.

I graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Art Therapy, hold licensure in multiple states as a Somatic Therapist, with additional training in natural Holistic Healing Practices and Depth Psychology. I’ve supported hundreds of 1:1 clients through grief, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship issues, overwhelm, and major life transitions.

My approach is relational and deeply respectful. We take time to slow down and calm the mind so we can create safety in the body, build awareness and self regulation. We ground, center, and protect so you can process and clear away toxic emotions.

My clients frequently report feeling lighter and a more positive outlook.

With every session you will find new clarity and insight. Over time, a deep acceptance and core trust in yourself will emerge. You will feel empowered by asserting boundaries effectively and confidently taking better care of yourself.

And as you change, your life will change- for the better.

This is not about quick fixes, it’s about learning to cooperate with yourself in a compassionate way.

I offer in-person sessions in York, Maine and Portsmouth, New Hampshire, along with secure remote meetings for clients who need online support.

If you value empathy, sensitivity, and your mind-body connection, you will feel at home here.
